2025 Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA Scholarship) (Fully Funded)

The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) offers fully funded scholarships to international students seeking to pursue PhD programs in science and engineering at Singapore's prestigious universities. This scholarship provides an opportunity to study in a vibrant and innovative research environment while fostering collaboration among students globally.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Full tuition fees waiver
  • Monthly stipend of S$2,200 (increased to S$2,700 after passing the Qualifying Examination)
  • One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500
  • One-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000

Eligibility Criteria

  • Open to all international graduates with a passion for research and excellent academic results.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good academic referee reports.
